Office Hours

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday & Wednesday:
Tuesday & Thursday:
Two Fridays per month:

8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
8 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Appointments

In regards to scheduling appointments, we value your time and pride ourselves in keeping on track with our schedule. We have convenient office hours that allow you to make an appointment that will accommodate your busy schedule. Our staff is also available to answer questions or help patients in an after-hours dental emergency situation.

Appointments are an important part of your treatment, and this time has been reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.

We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you miss an appointment without giving adequate notice, you are subject to a $75 broken appointment fee. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
